Shipping and tax
- Standard U.S. delivery is included in the listed keepsake base prices for the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC, with no additional standard delivery fee at the base price. Other destinations are not currently offered.
- Product availability and delivery are checked for your address. If your address or supply conditions require a different item price or shipping charge, the itemized quote shows that adjustment before payment. You can accept or decline it.
- Prices exclude applicable sales tax or other required tax. The digital checkout and separate physical-product quote show applicable tax and the final total before you authorize payment.
What you pay, and when
The first US$9.90 payment covers the digital portrait only. A frame or mug is optional and requires a separate itemized quote and payment. For example, one digital portrait plus one mug has a base total of US$34.80 before applicable tax or any explicitly quoted address-specific adjustment. Adding a preview does not charge you for a physical item.
Technical generation failures can be retried on the same paid order without a second portrait charge. Read our refund rules or contact [email protected] for help.
