AI Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This policy covers uploaded photos, generation requests, outputs and sharing. Use the service only for pet images you have rights to use. Do not bypass safety checks or present generated content as evidence of a real event.

• Pornography / NSFW: Nudity, explicit sexual content, sexual services, sexual exploitation and sexualised depictions of people or animals are prohibited.
• Violence / gore: Graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, animal abuse, and content encouraging or threatening violence are prohibited.
• Hate speech: Abuse, dehumanisation, discrimination or incitement to violence based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability is prohibited.
• Child-unsafe content / CSAM: Child sexual abuse material, sexualised depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation and any content endangering children are prohibited, including synthetic or AI-generated forms.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: Real-person face swaps, fabricated nudity or intimate scenes, and fabricated statements, actions, identities or endorsements are prohibited. Do not impersonate others, commit fraud or mislead the public. Uploading a pet photo does not authorise these uses.
• Rights and permission: Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity or privacy rights.

Platform moderation: Before each new image or video model request, our server sends the actual generation prompt to Waffo for safety scanning. Generation proceeds only after an explicit allow decision. Blocked, pending, timed-out or unavailable checks pause generation and preserve the existing order; do not pay again.

Human review: The operator investigates reports and risks identified during order handling, reviewing relevant photos, outputs and context as needed. Prompt scanning checks text only; it does not mean uploaded images or every output have passed automated safety classification. Serious child-safety risks and credible threats receive priority.

Enforcement: Depending on severity and repetition, we may warn, refuse or stop generation, cancel affected orders, revoke private access links, remove violating content or refuse further service. We cooperate with authorities where legally required. A report does not automatically remove refund or consumer rights. Downloaded copies cannot be remotely deleted.

Reports and appeals: Email contact@pawplusme.com with the subject Content report or Content appeal, the order reference or content location, category, explanation and relevant rights information. Do not download, attach or forward suspected CSAM. We aim to acknowledge receipt within two business days. The operator re-examines appeals with additional information and explains the decision.
